Our mission at Pullman Foundations

At Pullman Foundations ADHD & Family Support, our mission is to empower individuals with ADHD and the families who support them through compassionate, practical, and personalised guidance. Drawing on lived experience and evidence-informed strategies, we help people understand their unique strengths, build confidence, develop lifelong skills, and create stronger, more connected families. We are committed to providing a safe, judgement-free space where every person feels heard, valued, and supported to thrive.

Our core beliefs

Every person has strengths. We believe ADHD is not something to be "fixed." Every individual has unique abilities, and with the right support, those strengths can flourish.

Understanding changes lives. When people feel heard, understood, and accepted, confidence grows and meaningful change becomes possible.

Growth is a journey. There is no one-size-fits-all solution. Progress looks different for everyone, and every small step forward is worth celebrating.

Our guiding principles

Families thrive together. Supporting one person means supporting the whole family. Strong relationships create strong foundations for lasting success.

Practical strategies create lasting change. Knowledge is powerful, but practical, everyday tools help people turn understanding into confidence and independence.

Lived experience matters. We believe there is value in walking alongside others with empathy, honesty, and understanding gained through real-life experience.

Everyone deserves a safe space.

How we make a difference

At Pullman Foundations, we believe that real change happens when people feel understood, supported, and empowered. We make a difference by:

  • Helping individuals understand their ADHD, recognise their strengths, and develop strategies that work for their unique way of thinking.
  • Supporting parents and caregivers with practical tools, confidence, and guidance to build calmer, more connected family relationships.
  • Providing realistic, everyday strategies that can be used at home, school, work, and in daily life.
  • Reducing feelings of overwhelm and isolation by creating a safe, judgement-free space where people feel heard and accepted.
  • Building confidence and resilience so individuals can navigate life with greater ease.
