Who we are
At Pullman foundations, we believe that every person deserves to feel understood, supported, and empowered to thrive.
We are a family-focused support service built on lived experience. We understand the challenges that ADHD can bring—not just for the individual, but for the whole family. Our mission is to provide practical strategies, compassionate guidance, and a safe, judgement-free space where people can build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create lasting positive change.
We know there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Every child, teenager, adult, and family has unique strengths, challenges, and goals. That's why we work alongside you to develop personalized solutions that are realistic, achievable, and sustainable.
Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, supporting a child with ADHD, learning skills as an adult, or simply looking for someone who understands, we're here to walk alongside you.
At Pullman ADHD and Family Support, we're not here to change who you are—we're here to help you understand your strengths, overcome challenges, and build a future where your whole family can thrive.

Parents of Children with ADHD
I work with parents that have children with ADHD, not the children themselves. My focus is on providing guidance and support to these parents, helping them navigate the challenges that come with raising a child who has Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Understanding ADHD can be overwhelming, and many parents feel isolated in their experiences. By offering resources, strategies, and a listening ear, I aim to empower parents to advocate for their children and foster a nurturing environment at home. It’s important for parents to know that they are not alone in this journey, and there are effective ways to manage the unique behaviours associated with ADHD.
Workshops and groups
Participate in our engaging and interactive workshops and group sessions that are specifically designed to foster a strong sense of community, share valuable experiences, and learn effective collective strategies for managing ADHD.
Connect with others who truly understand the unique challenges and triumphs associated with ADHD, creating a supportive environment where everyone can thrive together.
