Kushla's personal journey and passion

Hi, I’m Kushla.

My husband Keith and I share a wonderfully crazy, incredibly fun, and perpetually busy life filled with joy and challenges, alongside our five amazing children and three beautiful grandchildren who bring us endless happiness.

Beyond our busy lives of running a successful construction company and actively serving as scout leaders, my true passion lies in helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of life with ADHD, providing them with the support they need.

Having grown up with a brother who was diagnosed with ADHD, experiencing undiagnosed ADHD myself throughout my life, and raising a son who has been diagnosed with ADHD, my coaching is deeply informed by a wealth of personal experience. This unique journey allows me to truly connect with and understand the diverse and unique challenges that our clients face on a daily basis, providing empathetic and effective guidance that goes well beyond mere theory and textbook knowledge.

Coaching from lived experience

What makes Pullman Foundations different? Our coaches don't just understand ADHD academically; we live it. This personal connection is our greatest strength, enabling us to provide insights and strategies that are both practical and deeply compassionate. We believe every brain is unique, and we celebrate the strengths that come with neurodiversity.

We work with entire families, not just individuals, because we know ADHD impacts everyone. Our focus is on practical solutions and celebrating progress, no matter how small. We walk beside you on your journey, understanding your challenges and championing your successes.
